Pulse 7.3 is now available

We’re thrilled to announce that Pulse 7.3.0 is now available! This release delivers powerful new capabilities that give you deeper visibility into your TM1 environment, safer migrations, and simpler administration — so you can spend less time managing infrastructure and more time delivering insights.

Here’s what’s new and why it matters.

Migrate Views Without the Downtime

Moving TM1 views between environments has always meant workarounds. Not anymore. Pulse now supports live migration of views, letting you select the exact public views you need and deploy them as part of a standard migration package. Your team’s reporting stays consistent across environments — no manual recreation required.

Deploy Rules with Confidence

Deploying a broken rule to production can be costly. Pulse 7.3.0 introduces automatic rule validation during migration, checking your business rules for correctness before they reach the target instance. Catch errors early, avoid rollbacks, and keep your environments running smoothly.

Manage TM1 Credentials from One Place

Tired of configuring credentials instance by instance? The new Credentials page under Administration gives you a single, centralised location to store and deploy TM1 credentials across multiple instances. Less repetitive setup, better security hygiene, and faster onboarding of new environments.

Pinpoint Performance Bottlenecks Instantly

Understanding why your TM1 environment is slow just got a whole lot easier. A new Blocked Thread Analysis dashboard in Pulse Explorer surfaces exactly which threads are blocking others — giving your team the clarity to resolve contention issues quickly instead of guessing.

6 New Explorer Dashboards — Out of the Box

Pulse Explorer now ships with 24 default dashboards (up from 17), covering TM1 model analysis, process execution patterns, user accounts and licensing, alert analysis, thread state and transaction trends, and user connection details. These ready-made dashboards mean you get actionable insights from day one — no custom configuration needed.

Plus 14 Enhancements and 12 Fixes

This release also includes 14 enhancements — including a new package approval mechanism, improved change history, streamlined environment navigation, and better license reporting — along with 12 targeted fixes to improve reliability across migrations, reporting, and platform compatibility.
